Folks: This is the blog in which you will receive class assignments and other information. There are no books to purchase for the course. You should utilize the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct [KRPC] available on the Kansas Supreme Court website. All cases and other materials can be found on the web or Lexis or Westlaw. Obviously, ignore the 2008 dates. Please read the "first assignment" post and the article mentioned therein for the first day of class.
